LIST OF DEPARTMENTS
PUBLICATIONS DEPARTMENT:
CREATIVES (Graphic Design)
☆ Creates layouts and simple vectors for social media posts
☆ Organizes typography, color schemes, and finds digital resources for design elements
☆ Works closely with the Social Media Management Department, Creatives (Illustration) Department, and the Research and Content Department
PUBLICATIONS DEPARTMENT:
CREATIVES (Illustration)
☆ Creates digital illustrations for social media posts
☆ Works closely with the Social Media Management Department, Creatives (Graphic Design) Department, and the Research and Content Department
PUBLICATIONS DEPARTMENT:
RESEARCH AND CONTENT
☆ Researches and writes content for all public material
☆ Ensures that all resources used are factual and trustworthy
☆ Works closely with the Social Media Management Department, Creatives (Illustration) Department and the Creatives (Graphic Design) Department
SOCIAL MEDIA DEPARTMENT
☆ Forwards social media content to ambassadors
☆ Manages the organization’s social media accounts and their posts
☆ Replies to comments and private messages sent to the organization
☆ Works closely with the Publications Departments
LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT
☆ Forwards messages, links, and other pertinent information from the executive board to org members if necessary
☆ Oversees technical affairs during webinars and similar events
☆ Handles and organizes events by creating scripts, schedules, programs, etc.
FINANCE DEPARTMENT
☆ Handles all financial matters of the organization
☆ Collects money to be used by the organization (to be used ONLY for organization purposes)
☆ Monitors all money received and spent my the organization
☆ Coordinates with the External Relations Department regarding sponsors
INTERNAL RELATIONS DEPARTMENT
☆ Manages internal relations within individual departments and persons in the organization
☆ Recruits members of the organization and manages all documents pertinent to applications
☆ Manages persons in charge of projects approved by the organization
EXTERNAL RELATIONS DEPARTMENT
☆ Contacts individuals to participate in the organization’s projects and webinars (speakers, hosts, etc.)
☆ Initiates and maintains partnerships with other organizations
☆ Coordinates with the Finance Department regarding sponsors

RECRUITMENT PROCESS AND TIMELINE
APRIL 12 - MAY 9, 2021
1. Fill up the application form and submit the following requirements:
a. CV
b. Portfolio (for Publications Department Applicants)
2. Wait for an email confirming your application.
MAY 16, 2021
1. Results will be released on May 16, 2021 via email.
2. Acknowledge acceptance email 1-2 days after receiving the email as confirmation of membership.
3. Wait to be contacted and added to the official Messenger groupchat and Discord server.
